Event Disclaimer & Terms of Attendance

By registering for and/or attending the ATL Conference (the “Event”) organized by [Your Organization Name] (“Organizer”), you (“Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the ATL Conference, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is non‑transferable unless otherwise permitted by the Organizer.
     

  • All registration fees are non‑refundable, except in the case of full Event cancellation by the Organizer.
     

  • Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
     

3. Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, inability to attend, changes in schedule, or alterations in content.
     

  • If the Organizer cancels the Event entirely, registered Attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees.
     

4. Admission & Seating

  • Entry to the Event is subject to the ticket type purchased.
     

  • Attendees must remain in the seating section assigned at registration; no section changes will be allowed post‑purchase.
     

5. Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
     

  • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.
     

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Attendees acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage.
     

  • The Organizer, its affiliates, staff, agents, and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance, except as required by law.
     

7. Changes to the Event

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason.
     

  • In the event of full cancellation by the Organizer, a full refund will be provided.
     

  • The Organizer is not liable for other costs (e.g. travel, lodging) incurred by Attendee.
     

8. Accessibility & Seating Accommodations

  • Seating accommodations and accessibility features will correspond to ticket type and venue capabilities.
     

  • If the venue has limited accessibility (e.g. no elevator), certain sections may not be usable by individuals with mobility limitations.
     

  • The Organizer cannot guarantee post‑purchase changes or refunds related to seating or accessibility demands.
     

9. Release & Waiver

  • By attending, the Attendee releases and holds harmless the Organizer and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind arising from attendance at or participation in the Event, except where prohibited by law.
     

10. Media & Promotional Use

  • The Attendee consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event.
     

  • The Organizer may use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such media for promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes, without payment or further approval from the Attendee.
     

11. Alcohol & Consumption Risk

  • If alcohol is provided or permitted, the Attendee agrees to use it responsibly and accepts associated risks.
     

  • The Organizer is not responsible for claims arising from alcohol consumption by Attendee.
     

12. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • It is the Attendee’s responsibility to inform the Organizer in writing in advance of any food allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions.
     

  • The Organizer is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues that occur during the Event.
     

13. Sensory Triggers & Special Conditions

  • The Event may include flashing lights, loud sounds, or other sensory elements.
     

  • The Attendee assumes all risk related to exposure and releases the Organizer from liability associated with such elements.
     

14. Damage & Responsible Use

  • Attendees are financially responsible for damage to venue property resulting from their negligent or intentional acts.
     

  • The Organizer may charge repair or replacement costs to responsible Attendees.
     

15. Intellectual Property & Media Redistribution

  • Attendees shall not share access credentials, recordings, or Event materials with others unless expressly permitted by the Organizer.
     

  • Attendees may not re‑broadcast, reproduce, or distribute Event content without the Organizer’s written permission.
